Flowers By Donna Jean is by far the best customer service I've experienced. I was unable to attend my granddaughters first recital due to being ill. I ordered flowers to be delivered to her home in Madrid for Saturday, same day as the recital. Unfortunately due to an error I made they were unable to deliver them. I emailed Saturday night at 9:30pm asking why they weren't delivered that day. I did not expect a reply until Monday but when I checked my email on Sunday they had replied and asked that I phone them. I did, and the level of kindness blew me away. They arranged the most beautiful flowers for her, called her mom to find out the best time to deliver them and made the delivery on Sunday!! Even though I made the error, they came to the rescue.
